Mount Wolf Borough 2026 Street Project

Mount Wolf Borough is soliciting bids for its 2026 Street Project. This project involves selective base repair to damaged street and alley areas, including the installation of aggregate base and asphalt pavement. Additionally, the project includes raising two existing inlet grates with concrete risers. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the PennBid platform. Bidders are required to provide a bid bond or certified check for five (5%) percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder will also need to furnish performance and payment bonds, each equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Mount Wolf Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, waive informalities, and award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. Bids cannot be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the closing date.
