This is a continuous solicitation for the Richard M. Flynn Power Plant in Holtsville, New York, to be renewed upon expiry. The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is soliciting firms to furnish and deliver up to 75,000 barrels of Ultra Low Sulfur Distillate (ULSD) Oil with a maximum sulfur content of 15 ppm, typically Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) or Ultra Low Sulfur Heating Oil (ULSHO) to the Authority's Richard M. Flynn Power Plant in Holtsville, New York. Delivery must be made by ship or barge only in the cargo size(s) specified by NYPA. Oil quality must be in strict compliance with NYPA contract specifications (Colonial Pipeline Grade 62/67, Non-Dyed and Non-Biodiesel). Oil purchases will be made on a spot basis within the date range(s) specified in the proposal. Solicitations for qualifications will be accepted on a continuous basis. Seller must include delivery window on their proposals and delivery terms. Interested firms must have a proven financial track record and documented experience in dealing with Ultra Low Sulfur Distillates (ULSD) or (ULSHO) and must meet NYPA's contractual requirements. Supplier must have good/clean rights and title to sell such oil and must be able to provide information to show its financial capability to complete the transaction.
