Description
The City of North Sioux City is seeking bids for the Flood Property Grading - Phase 2 project. This project involves the removal of flood debris, grading, and restoration of lots. Anticipated trade work includes traffic control, erosion control, and earthwork. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM on May 13th, 2026, at City Hall, 504 River Drive, North Sioux City, SD 57049. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed form and will be rejected if they show any conditions or uncalled for alternative bids. Successful bidders must begin work upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and complete the work within the specified Contract Time. The City of North Sioux City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
