Annual Fire Extinguisher Service and Maintenance for BLM Facilities

This solicitation is for the annual inspection, servicing, and maintenance of fire extinguishers across several Bureau of Land Management (BLM) facilities in Nevada. The services will be performed at the Carson City District Office, Palomino Valley Fire Station, Stead Air Tanker Base, Silver State Hot Shots Operation Center, and Cold Springs Fire Station. The contract requires the vendor to be licensed in Nevada and comply with relevant standards, including NFPA 10 and NFPA 25. Services include annual inspections, disassembly for internal component inspection, and replacement or recharging of extinguishing agents as necessary. Hydro-testing will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The contract will have a base year and four option years, with services to be scheduled and completed within specific timeframes each year. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and mileage. Hazardous materials data (MSDS) must be submitted prior to contract award if hazardous materials are expected to be used.
