Tonto National Forest North Zone Septic Pumping Services

The USDA Forest Service, Tonto National Forest, is soliciting proposals for septic pumping services for various recreation sites across the North Zone, encompassing the Payson, Pleasant Valley, and Tonto Basin Ranger Districts. The contract requires the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and supplies for pumping and removing septic waste from vault toilets, holding tanks, septic tanks, and lift stations. Services also include debris removal, cleaning, disinfection, and proper disposal of waste at approved off-site facilities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Work areas must be maintained in a clean and safe condition. Services will be performed on an as-needed, flexible basis, generally Monday through Thursday between sunrise and sunset. The contract period includes a base year from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with four (4) one-year option periods, for a total potential performance period of five (5) years. The place of performance will be multiple recreation sites throughout the North Zone of the Tonto National Forest, Arizona.
