Disposable Food Service Products for School Nutrition Program

Washington County School District's Child Nutrition Program is issuing this Request for Bid (RFB) to secure firm, competitive pricing for essential disposable food preparation, packaging, serving, and storage products. These products will be delivered weekly throughout the 2026-27 school year. Detailed product specifications are available on the Bid Table. The district intends to award this contract as an aggregate (All-or-None) bid. However, Washington County School District reserves the right to award to multiple vendors if deemed to be in the best interest of the district. To be considered responsive, bidders must provide pricing for all line items. The district reserves the right to deem any partial bid as non-responsive, but may also waive minor informalities if it is determined to be in the best interest of the district.
