Linen and Mat Rental and Cleaning Services for Alaska Commissaries

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking firms to provide comprehensive linen and mat rental and cleaning services for their commissaries located in Anchorage and Eielson, Alaska. The contractor will be responsible for supplying, delivering, picking up, cleaning, maintaining, and replacing various items including butcher coats, shirts, pants, aprons, smocks, mats, and mops. Services are to be performed weekly, with coordinated pick-up and delivery schedules. The contractor must ensure all provided items are clean, in good repair, and meet specified product standards. This includes repairing or replacing items with normal wear and tear at no additional cost to the government. The anticipated period of performance is from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031, with four potential option years.
