Purchase and Delivery of Concrete Mix

Hidalgo County is requesting sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of concrete mix on an as-needed and as-requested basis. The county intends to purchase concrete mix in minimum quantities of three to five cubic yards per request. The awarded bidder will be responsible for providing all labor, machinery, equipment, tools, and materials required for the service. The concrete mix must meet specified compressive strengths of either 3,000 PSI or 4,000 PSI, with options for fiber mesh inclusion. Deliveries are to be made during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for two additional one-year terms.
