Septic Pumping and Disposal Services for State Parks

The California Department of Parks & Recreation, Diablo Range District is soliciting bids for a three-year contract to provide septic tank pumping and related services. These services will be performed at various locations within Mount Diablo State Park and Benicia State Recreation Area. The contract is anticipated to run from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2029. Bidders must possess a valid Hazardous Substance Removal Certification license. Services include pumping out tanks, removing debris, cleaning tank walls and floors, and proper hauling and discharge of waste according to state regulations. Emergency services are also required, with a two-hour response time for critical situations.
