Amusement Provider for Lea County Fair and Rodeo

Lea County is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide all necessary supervision, labor, services, equipment, hardware, software, materials, and assistance for amusement rides and chance booths at the annual Lea County Fair and Rodeo. The contract will be for a four-year term, covering the fair dates from July 30 - August 7, 2027, and subsequent years. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a minimum of 35 rides, including a combination suitable for adults and children, with several "spectacular" rides. The vendor must also apply for and obtain all necessary ride permits from the State of New Mexico, and provide adequate living areas for show personnel, including bathing, restrooms, and sleeping facilities. Lea County will provide suitable locations for rides, concessions, and living quarters, along with law enforcement, water, and electricity.
