Brazos Street, Trinity Street & Kathleen Court Paving, Water, Wastewater & Drainage Improvements

The City of Garland is seeking bids for a project that includes paving, water, wastewater, and drainage improvements on Brazos Street, Trinity Street, and Kathleen Court. The project involves approximately 6,000 square yards of 6" Type 'P1' Concrete Pavement, 1,910 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 680 linear feet of wastewater main, and 480 linear feet of stormwater improvements. Construction will also include sidewalks, sodding, and driveways connected to roadways. Bids must be submitted electronically through Ion Wave. A bid bond of 5% is required, and a Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bond will be required upon award. Questions regarding the bid are due by May 15, 2026, and bids are due by May 19, 2026.
