Cowan Road Re-paving Project

Ivy Tech Community College is soliciting bids for the Cowan Road Re-paving project at the Cowan Road Advanced Technology Center. The scope of work includes selective asphalt patching, resurfacing of existing parking areas, and restriping. The project will be awarded as a single lump sum contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Ivy Tech Community College Workday Strategic Sourcing portal by 2:00 PM EST on Thursday, June 18, 2026. Late bids will not be considered. A pre-bid walk-through and meeting will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST at the construction site, located at 4101 S. Cowan Rd., Muncie, IN 47302.
