Lead Abatement and Remediation Contractor Services

The City of Plainfield is soliciting proposals and qualifications for lead abatement and lead remediation contractor services. Specifications can be obtained via email request to cynthia.blake@plainfieldnj.gov starting May 14th, 2026. All questions must be submitted in writing to the same email address. Submissions must be sealed and clearly marked 'Lead Abatement and Lead Remediation Contractor Services'. Respondents are required to submit one original, two copies, and one digital version of their proposal and qualifications. Proposals will be held for up to sixty calendar days for review and investigation before an award is made. Compliance with various New Jersey statutes and federal laws, including disclosure of ownership, business registration, affirmative action, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, is required.
