Description

The Department of the Navy is seeking a source to repair or modify electromechanical actuators. The NSN is 7R-1680-014183151-V2, TDP VER 001, and the quantity is 4. Delivery is FOB Origin. The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 49 days after receipt of the asset, with an induction expiration date of 365 days after contract award. The contractor must provide a throughput constraint for each NSN. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. The use of MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited; SAE-AS22759 series wire shall be used instead. Compliance with IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C is expected if MIL-STD-454 is referenced. The contractor shall provide necessary repair labor, parts, materials, and test equipment, and arrange for outside services as required to return the equipment to a serviceable condition within the specified delivery schedule. A quality control system meeting Mil-I-45208A, Mil-Q 9858, ISO-9000/9001/9002, or equivalent, and a calibration system meeting ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or ISO-10012-1, are required. A configuration management plan in accordance with NAVSUP WSS provisions is also necessary.
