Consolidated Gases Supply and Delivery

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport requires a supplier for various gases, including liquid argon, gaseous nitrogen, bulk liquid nitrogen, bulk propane, high-pressure gaseous nitrogen, liquefied cryogenic nitrogen, liquefied argon, liquid nitrogen, helium, hydrogen, P5, oxygen, and argon. The contract includes quantities for a base year and four option years. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Deliveries are FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. The contract will be awarded to the technically acceptable offer that provides the best value to the Government, considering price and past performance.
