Selective Demolition, Hazardous Material Abatement, and Environmental Remediation Services

The United States Coast Guard, through the SFLC Procurement Branch 2, is soliciting bids for selective demolition, hazardous material abatement, and environmental remediation services. The scope of work includes the demolition of ancillary buildings connected to the former Cleveland High School, located at 3451 Bingham Avenue and 4352 Louisiana. Utilities are not operational or available onsite. This project is part of a larger redevelopment effort aimed at preserving the historic Cleveland High School building while clearing ancillary structures. The future site redevelopment is planned for residential use, including an affordable housing component. Funding for these services is provided by The Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund allocated to the City of St. Louis and passed through the City's Community Development Administration to SLDC. Supplementary Conditions provided as an Exhibit to this RFB shall be incorporated into any awarded contract or sub-contract.
