Pima County Public Utility License Agreement Renewal

Pima County, Arizona intends to consider the renewal of a Public Utility License for the Ajo Domestic Water Improvement District. This license will grant the nonexclusive use of county public rights-of-way, both existing and future, within the unincorporated areas of Pima County. The purpose of this license is to allow for the laying, construction, maintenance, and operation of water pipes, mains, lines, and laterals to supply water to domestic, commercial, and industrial consumers. The Board of Supervisors is scheduled to consider the granting of this license on May 12th, 2026. The meeting will take place in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, located on the First Floor at 130 W. Congress, Tucson, AZ, unless otherwise determined by the Board.
