Georgia Department of Defense Architectural and Engineering Services

The Georgia Department of Defense (GADOD) is soliciting proposals for Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services to support various institutional facilities throughout the State of Georgia. This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one-year base period and four additional one-year option periods, commencing July 1, 2026. The scope of services includes calculations, cost estimates, designs, drawings, and specifications suitable for contractor bidding, with potential for construction supervision. Projects will vary in estimated construction costs, ranging from $10,000 to $10,000,000. Firms are required to submit a completed Standard Form 330 by May 5, 2026. Selection criteria include the ability to provide an onsite, dedicated Project Manager, specialized multi-disciplinary expertise, and experience in National Guard and governmental/institutional facility design.
