City of Hartsville Timber Sale

The City of Hartsville is offering timber for sale at four distinct locations: Russell Road (south portion), Marquis Highway, and two locations off Rolling Road near the City's Waste Water Treatment Plant. Bidders may submit bids for individual locations or for all four properties. The sale is subject to specific terms and conditions, including the submission of written sealed bids by the deadline. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bids. The selected bidder will be required to enter into a transaction agreement that includes adequate liability insurance, a current City of Hartsville Business License, clear cutting within designated boundaries, and leaving each site in appropriate condition for replanting operations. Timber must be harvested within four months from the date of award.
