Lubrication Oils and Greases

The State of Minnesota is formally requesting proposals for the supply of standard and synthetic lubrication oils and greases. This contract will be for oil and lube products only, excluding items such as antifreeze, windshield washer fluid, or ice melt products. The products will be provided on an as-needed basis for use by State agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture members. Responders must submit their proposals online through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by the event due date and time. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted via email to Jack Moore by May 6, 2026. Insurance requirements may have changed from previous solicitations.
