Data Center and Large Power User Land Use Opportunity

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is issuing a Request for Interest (RFI) to solicit non-binding expressions of interest from qualified entities regarding the potential development, ground lease, or other lawful use of select Borough-owned lands for data centers or other large power users. Compatible uses include enterprise, colocation, and hyperscale data centers, high-performance computing (HPC), industrial or advanced manufacturing load centers, district energy or thermal energy users, and other energy-intensive facilities compatible with Borough land uses.
