U.S. Coast Guard Lodging Accommodations for AIRFAC Waukegan

The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting bids for lodging accommodations to support personnel during temporary assignments at AIRFAC Waukegan. The period of performance is from May 22, 2026, to September 8, 2026. The contract is estimated to be less than $100,000.00. The selected vendor will be required to provide six individual hotel rooms, grouped together as much as possible, and located within a 40-minute response time of AIRFAC Waukegan. Each room must be fully furnished with beds, a couch, chairs, a dining table, dressers, nightstands, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Utilities, including electric, gas, water/sewer, and trash, must be included. Daily towel replacement and weekly linen changes are required. A minimum of two parking spots per accommodation is also necessary. The accommodations must be structurally sound, in good repair, and free from mold, stains, objectionable odors, and infestations.
