The Claremont Development Authority (CDA) is seeking proposals from experienced Realtors to serve as a lead agent for the advertising and sale of its commercial properties located in Claremont, New Hampshire. The CDA will provide a comprehensive list of properties, including those in Syd Clarke Park, Ashley's Landing, and along River Road. Many of these properties are situated in Syd Clarke Park, which features established streets and utilities, with some lots offering railroad access. Properties in Syd Clarke Drive and Ashley's Landing are subject to a Declaration of Covenants, which will be provided to the selected agent. Proposals should include company name, location, an overview, demonstrated experience in marketing local commercial properties, details on networking capabilities for broader reach, a comprehensive marketing plan, information on online presence and reach for commercial properties, and proposed commission requirements and service valuations. The CDA Board will select the lead Realtor from the submitted proposals or may choose to reject all submissions. Property descriptions, assessed values, and other pertinent information will be made available upon request.
