Roofing Inspections, Repair, and Replacement Services

The Palm Beach County Housing Authority (PBCHA) is soliciting bids for a vendor pool to provide roofing inspections, repair, and replacement services. These services will be required for single-family homes, apartments, townhouse dwelling units, scattered homes, and remote properties located throughout Palm Beach County. Qualified firms must be licensed and insured to conduct business in the State of Florida. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to respond. Bid documents can be downloaded from the PBCHA website (www.pbchafl.org) or DemandStar (www.demandstar.com) starting April 20, 2026. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing five days prior to closing to James Kijek, Director of Procurement, at 3333 Forest Hill Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33406, or via email to procurement@pbchafl.org. Sealed bids must be received by 2:00 PM EST on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. An optional pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM at 3333 Forest Hill Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33406. No electronic submissions will be accepted; bids must be delivered in person and clearly marked with the solicitation number, closing date and time, and bidder's information.
