Waterford Township is requesting sealed bids for Phase 1 Asbestos Abatement services and Phase II PCB/Mercury flooring Abatement at the Oakland Community College Highland Campus. The project involves the removal, transportation, and disposal of identified and assumed Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM), and PCB/Mercury containing flooring as detailed in each unique building survey. The scope includes work at High Oaks Hall, Physical Education Building, Student Center Building, and Levinson Hall Building. Contractors must hold a valid State of Michigan Asbestos Abatement Contractor License and provide Occurrence-based Asbestos Specific Liability insurance with a minimum of $1M. Work must strictly follow EPA NESHAP, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1101, and MIOSHA Part 602.
