Professional Accounting Services for Texas Department of Transportation

The Texas Department of Transportation is requesting proposals from licensed Professional Accounting firms to provide non-attest accounting services. These services are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as prescribed by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). The scope of work includes financial counsel, advisory services, implementation services, transactions services, vendor financial review, and other support services.
