Water and Sewer Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services
City of High Point
The City of High Point, North Carolina is soliciting bids for comprehensive water and sewer system maintenance and emergency repair services. This contract will cover scheduled maintenance as well as emergency repairs on existing water and sanitary sewer systems. Services may include, but are not limited to, replacing failing or damaged water and sewer services, water lines, sewer pipes, fire hydrants, rebuilding manholes, and making new taps. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM at 816 E Green Drive, High Point, NC 27260. Attendance is strongly encouraged for all prospective bidders to ensure a full understanding of project specifications. General contractors must comply with North Carolina state regulations. Contract documents and plans can be obtained from Duncan Parnell Company, Inc. for a non-refundable fee.
