Engineering Services for Coal Seam Fire Mitigation

Custer County, Montana is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to procure engineering services for coal seam fire mitigation on private property. The RFQ process will adhere to general conditions outlined by the county, and all costs associated with responding are the responsibility of the firms. This RFQ does not commit the County to awarding a contract. Any contract awarded will be subject to all applicable federal programmatic terms and conditions.
