The scope of services includes 24/7 emergency telephone support, after-hours emergency service with a four-hour onsite response time, semi-annual preventative maintenance for UPS, battery, and bypass systems, and written service reports after each visit. The contract will cover parts, labor, travel, emergency service, and corrective maintenance for the specified equipment. Specific locations and equipment details for Pooler Tower, Sheriff's Office/Master Tower, and Tybee Island are provided.
