Annual Contract for UPS System Maintenance and Emergency Services

These systems are critical for the radio towers' communications infrastructure. The scope of services includes 24/7 emergency telephone support, after-hours emergency service with a four-hour onsite response time, semi-annual preventative maintenance for UPS, battery, and bypass systems, and written service reports after each visit. The contract will cover parts, labor, travel, emergency service, and corrective maintenance for the specified equipment.
