Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease warehouse space in Phoenix, Arizona. The required space is between 6,321 and 8,000 square feet (ABOA) and must be located within the delineated area of Phoenix, AZ. Specific boundaries include: * 303 FWY west to S. Cotton Lane * Baseline Rd south to I-10 * I-10 east to Loop 202E, then to Pecos Rd, continuing to Ellsworth Rd (Mesa) * Ellsworth Rd north to Loop 202, then to Loop 101N / Pima Rd, up to Carefree Highway Key requirements for the space include a minimum ceiling height of 15 feet and a minimum clearance height and width for garage openings of 10' x 12'. The space will be occupied by a law enforcement agency and will have two heavy armored or enhanced vehicles parked inside. Air conditioning throughout the entire warehouse and a 4,000 PSI requirement for the entire warehouse floor are also specified. The lease will be fully serviced and offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. The lease term is a full 10 years, with a firm term of 5 years. Expressions of Interest are due by May 6, 2026.
