Description

The County of Orange Sheriff-Coroner is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of various paper and plastic bags, as well as rolled paper and related items. The awarded contract will be for a term of three (3) calendar years, with the possibility of two (2) one-year renewals. Deliveries will be made to multiple locations within Orange County, and contractors must be able to provide Will Call service for emergency purchases within a 60-mile radius of Santa Ana, CA. Bidders are required to submit electronic bids through the County's online bidding system. Vendor samples are mandatory and must be submitted by May 22, 2026, to be eligible for consideration.
