Judicial Performance Survey Services

The State of Montana, State Procurement Services Division (SPSD), on behalf of the Department of Justice, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a JPEC Surveyor. The scope of work includes performing a Judicial Performance Survey. Offerors must address each component of the Scope of Work and upload their answers. Additionally, offerors must address each component of the Cost Proposal and Offeror Qualifications, and upload their answers. Compliance with Executive Order No. 12-2016, Equal Pay for Montana Women, will result in a bonus of 5% of the total points available. Offerors must also certify compliance with nondiscrimination against firearms entities/trade associations.
