Vending Products and Services for Cedar Rapids Community School District

The Cedar Rapids Community School District is requesting proposals for vending products and services. Deliveries are to be made F.O.B. to 2500 Edgewood Rd NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405. Proposals should not include Federal or State Tax in the submitted costs. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and enter into contracts deemed in the best interest of the Cedar Rapids Community School District. Sealed proposals must be submitted electronically through the District's online bidding portal no later than 2:00 PM on May 12, 2026. Submissions via email, fax, or hard copy will not be accepted. Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate submission via IonWave. Technical proposals will be unsealed after 2:00 PM CST on May 12, 2026. Vendors whose technical proposals meet requirements may be invited for an interview, scheduled for May 19, 2026. Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after the submission deadline.
