Term Contract for Harbor Maintenance and Repair Services

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is seeking proposals for a term contract to provide harbor maintenance and repair services. This contract will cover small projects, with each individual project agreement not to exceed $50,000. Services may include carpentry, concrete work, float repairs, and regulatory signage installation. New construction and reconstruction work may also be accomplished under this contract. Work may be required outside of regular business hours, including weekends and holidays. The initial contract period is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods.
