Cascada Boulevard and Twin Peaks Roadway and Intersection Improvements

Cascada Community Facilities District, through its Contract Administrator BP Cascada Partners, LLC, is soliciting bids for the Cascada Boulevard and Twin Peaks Roadway and Intersection Improvements project in Marana, Arizona. The scope of work includes significant roadway enhancements, encompassing the installation of sewer, water, and dry utilities, as well as paving improvements along Cascada Boulevard and Twin Peaks Roadway. All prospective contractors must be licensed by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors and must submit bids in accordance with the requirements detailed in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bids must be accompanied by a scan of an original certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond for ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Amount, made payable to BP Cascada Partners, LLC. The Contract Administrator reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the office of Contract Administrator, located at 20 E. Congress Street, Suite 300, Tucson, AZ 85701. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than Tuesday, April 28, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. Sealed bids are due by Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. and should be directed to Matt Dickey at BP Cascada Partners, LLC., 20 E.
