HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services

The City of Cincinnati is soliciting bids for HVAC repair and replacement services to support its Facility Management division. This contract will cover repairs to a wide range of HVAC equipment, including but not limited to, pneumatic controls, DDC controls, compressors, chillers, rooftop units, furnaces, heat pumps, air handling units, and various types of boilers and heaters. The scope also includes controls related to this equipment and miscellaneous heating and cooling systems. The contractor will be responsible for providing labor and parts as needed for repairs and replacements, with the exception of major repairs or replacements exceeding $100,000, which will be procured separately. The services are expected to be on an as-needed basis, with emergency service requiring a 2-hour response time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All labor rates will be fixed for the term of the contract, and all items must be bid to be considered responsive.
