EE Smith High School Main Gym HVAC Replacement

Cumberland County Schools is soliciting sealed proposals for the replacement of the existing split AC unit with a hot water coil at EE Smith High School. The project scope includes the installation of like-kind equipment, along with miscellaneous electrical, HVAC controls, and fire alarm system work. Proposals will be received until June 2nd, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Operations Center Plans Room, 810 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC 28306. Single prime proposals are required for all construction work. The owner encourages participation by minority businesses and requires a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond. Complete bid documents will be issued electronically.
