Plumbing Equipment and Supplies

The General Services Administration is seeking discounts on plumbing equipment and supplies. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis throughout the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible, with proposals accepted until February 28, 2028, at 2:00 PM. Proposals will be evaluated upon receipt and vendors will be notified of the District's decision. This is a negotiated procurement, allowing the District to negotiate terms, conditions, or pricing with proposers. Awards will establish a pool of qualified vendors for competitive quotations. Contract renewals may occur to align with legislative changes and affirm continued partnership.
