Agency Contract for Courier Services

Chattahoochee Technical College is soliciting bids for a contract to provide comprehensive courier services across its nine campus locations. The services will encompass daily pickup and delivery of various items, including colored and zipped nylon courier bags, library bags, and small to medium boxes, with specific routing and timing requirements. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of experience in courier services for organizations with multiple locations, maintain 24-hour dispatch communication, and provide instant tracking for deliveries. The contract is set to begin on July 1, 2026, with an initial term through June 30, 2027, and includes four one-year renewal options through June 30, 2031. All applicable fuel surcharges must be included in the bid price, and no separate fuel surcharges will be permitted throughout the contract duration. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 7, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. EST at the North Metro Campus.
