Description

This ordinance amends Zoning Ordinance #1178 and its subsequent amendments by changing the zoning from Urban Ranch (UR) to Planned Area Development (PAD) for approximately 273 acres of property. The property is generally located between Florence Boulevard and Cottonwood Lane, and between Palm Creek RV Resort and Interstate 10, in Casa Grande, Arizona. The zone change is intended to allow a mixture of commercial and light industrial uses. Development of the property shall be subject to and in compliance with the application and Planned Area Development narrative submitted and on file with the City's Planning Department in DSA-26-00041 (version dated March 16, 2026). The Planning Department shall amend the Zoning Map to reflect this new zoning. Development is subject to compliance with the application and Planned Area Development narrative submitted in DSA-26-00041 (version dated March 16, 2026). The property owner(s) shall dedicate necessary right-of-way in accordance with the City's General Plan 2030.
