Electric Service Extension Application - Stutsman County, North Dakota

The State of North Dakota Public Service Commission is reviewing an application from Otter Tail Power Company (OTP) to extend electric service to Dakota Spirit AgEnergy, LLC (DSA) at a location in Stutsman County, North Dakota. DSA has submitted a statement indicating their desire to receive electric service from OTP. Additionally, Great River Energy (GRE) has submitted a statement expressing their intent to transition electric service from GRE to OTP and will coordinate this process with DSA and OTP. The service is to be provided at the location described as the SE 1/4 of Section 21, Township 140 North, Range 62 West, Stutsman County, North Dakota. OTP has presented a prima facie case supporting their request to serve the customer at this location. Interested parties are invited to submit written comments on the application.
