Headstone Setting and Maintenance Services at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to issue a solicitation for services at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois. The scope of work includes initial and replacement upright headstone and flat marker setting, raising and realigning existing upright headstones, fine-tuning the alignment of upright headstones, and cleaning all upright headstones annually.
