Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is seeking information from Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Small Businesses capable of providing collection and disposal of refuse, including bulk waste. The services are required for the Biloxi, MS campus and the outpatient clinics in Mobile, AL, Pensacola, FL, and Panama City, FL. Limitations on Subcontracting requirements will apply to any future solicitation. The scope of services includes furnishing and servicing dumpsters, maintaining dumpsters to ensure good working condition, and providing roll-off services for bulk waste. The contractor will be responsible for the transport and disposal of all waste to licensed off-facility sites in accordance with all applicable regulations. The contractor must also be prepared for potential changes in locations, contingency support, special events, and handling abnormal quantities of refuse. Adherence to OSHA and EPA regulations is required.
