Commercial Contractor Services for Aluminum Awning Construction

Metropolitan Emergency Medical Services (MEMS) is soliciting cost proposals from commercial contractors for the construction and assembly of an aluminum awning over an existing patio at their headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas. The selected contractor must be a "Full Service" provider capable of managing all phases of the project. Requirements include being licensed, insured, bonded, and in good standing with the AR A/G office and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). To be eligible for consideration, suppliers must attend a mandatory on-site inspection and question-and-answer session at MEMS Headquarters with MEMS' Facilities Manager. Following the site inspection, cost proposals must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the Bidder's Instructions. The contractor will be responsible for overseeing all work required to complete the job as detailed in the Scope of Work.
