Description

This project involves the renovation of Building 120, also known as the Putnam Library, at the Dayton Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The scope of work includes the construction of offices and administrative space, replacement of critical infrastructure, addressing structural deficiencies, and updating necessary systems to make the building functional. The renovation will encompass all floors, including the basement, and will involve demolition, architectural restoration, code-compliant electrical distribution, plumbing, lighting improvements, physical security devices, fire alarm and detection systems, modern communication systems, analysis of existing HVAC systems, reinforcement or replacement of flooring systems, and installation of a passenger elevator. This is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
