Video Production Support Services BPA

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking comprehensive video production support services via a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This agreement will cover pre-production, production, and post-production services, including live satellite television and multimedia projects, for customers throughout the VA. Services may be required nationwide, with an estimated 40% of work occurring at the ILEAD Studio in St. Louis, MO, and the remaining 60% in field locations across the United States. The scope of work includes scriptwriting, producing, directing, videography, audio recording, graphics production, teleprompting, acting, makeup, broadcast engineering, and video editing. Productions can fall into categories like live or live-to-tape satellite broadcasts, field-based documentary and news magazine style shoots, conference coverage, or "film-style" shoots. The contractor will be responsible for providing personnel and potentially equipment, adhering to broadcast industry standards throughout the production process. Deliverables will be specified in individual task orders. The BPA has a period of performance from June 28, 2026, to June 27, 2031.
