Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Supply for the City of Milledgeville

The City of Milledgeville is soliciting bids for the supply of unleaded gasoline (100% ethanol-free) and ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel. The contract will be for a one-year period with an option to renew. Vendors are required to provide a markup per gallon, which will be added to the prevailing Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) terminal rack price for the closest allocation to Milledgeville. Invoiced prices must be itemized to show the OPIS price, markup, and applicable taxes. Estimated annual usage is 61,200 gallons of gasoline and 26,400 gallons of diesel. Deliveries are expected every 3rd and 5th week, or as needed, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Vendors must also provide a list of clients for similar services provided in the past 5 years, including contact information, and disclose any terminated services and reasons for termination. Bids must be submitted in a sealed package containing three signed copies, labeled with the vendor's name and bid number.
