Trapper's Point - Duck Creek Wildlife Fence Extension

The Wyoming State Construction Department, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, is soliciting bids for the Trapper's Point - Duck Creek Wildlife Fence Extension project. This project involves extending an existing deer fence to Duck Creek, installing a cattle guard, and installing gates. The work is located in Pinedale, Sublette County, Wyoming. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. MT, starting at the Duck Creek Overlook (42.8734 N, -109.9341 E). Bids must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system by 1:00 p.m. MT on July 9, 2026. Questions regarding the bid must be submitted via the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. MT on June 26, 2026, with answers posted by July 1, 2026. Bids over $150,000 require a bid deposit of ten percent (10%) in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check. Electronic bid bonds via Surety 2000 are also accepted. Physical bid deposits must be received by the Wyoming State Construction Department Procurement Office in Cheyenne by the bid deadline.
