Financial Advisory Services for the City of Phoenix

The City of Phoenix is seeking financial advisory services for a five-year contract, commencing on or about October 1, 2026. The selected firm will provide a full range of financial advisory services to the government in connection with its capital planning and borrowing programs. Services may include long-term financial planning, evaluation of developer proposals, analysis of special financing districts, municipal advisory services related to debt financing, and investment advisory services. Offerors must meet minimum qualifications, including at least five years in operation and relevant industry registrations and licenses.
