Annual Fuel Services for Kissimmee Utility Authority

The Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) is soliciting bids for annual fuel services. This contract will provide unleaded gasoline (87 octane minimum) and ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel (15 ppm) for KUA's motor vehicles and diesel generators. Deliveries will be made on an as-needed basis, with estimated quantities provided for evaluation purposes only. The contract includes provisions for both regular and emergency services, including fuel for first responder vehicles at the contractor's location. Specific requirements include metered tank wagons/transports with printed delivery tickets, access to multiple terminal locations, and adherence to state and federal fuel specifications. Pricing will be based on the daily average price published in the OPIS Orlando, Florida Terminal report, plus or minus a firm discount or markup. The contract term is anticipated to be three years with two one-year renewal options.
